Low carb high fiber crackers

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 15 mins


60g ground flaxseed

30g chia seeds


Warm water


1Pre heat oven to 200c

2Mix everything together and add the water a little at a time till it comes together and forms a paste like dough

3Roll out thinly between 2 sheets of brown paper and bake for aboit 10/15min.

You can seeds, ground garlic. Even some chopped dried fruit and cinnamon to make a sweet cracker
