Simple supper of thinly sliced potato and onions layered with cheese on top. Its a i have 6/7/8 etc potatoes left kind of tea.

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Cook: 1 hr
  • Yields: 4 servings

potatoes (not sure how many)

Onions 1-2 depending on size

milk about 100ml

Cheese. 250g at a guess .

11. Heat oven to 220

22. Thinly slice potatoes. Peal if you want dont if you cannot be bothered. Does not effect dish at all.

33. Thinly slice the onions .

44. Get a deep casserole dish and start with a layer of potatoe then onion. Keep goimg till you run out but end with a layer of potato.

55. Add enough milk to cover the first layer of potato and onions.

66. Cook for 30/40 mins tgen take out and add a good layer of grated cheese and cook for 10-15 mims more.

I have not quantitys for this as it depends on your dish, what you have left and how many you have to feed.
