Strawberry Purée

 

Ingredients

600g of strawberries ( fresh or frozen )

80g icing sugar

Fresh squeezed lemon juice

Directions

1Whizz the strawberries ( once defrosted in a blender until puréed

2Stir in the sugar until dissolved then add in lemon juice to taste

3Push through a sieve if you want to remove the pips
