00Fish PieComfort food at its best00Moroccan Fruity CouscousCouscous – sometimes called kusksi or kseksu – is a traditional North African dish of small steamed granules of rolled semolina that is often served with a stew spooned on top.
It's naturally low in fat, can be a good source of fiber (the whole wheat version), and provides some protein, B vitamins, and minerals.
Used instead of rice or pasta it can be served plain or with a little spice mix, fruit, chopped nuts etc.
This makes it a tasty addition to salads.
